 从1936年歌曲面世，此后70余年间，共有48位音乐人翻唱或翻录过此曲，其中不乏大名鼎鼎的Bjork、Sarah Brightman等人。但最为著名以及流传广泛的，是黑人女歌手Billie Holiday的版本，而具有象征意义的是，Billie Holiday在现实生活中吸毒、酗酒，44岁孤独的于病痛中死去。此次我选择的版本，是来自加拿大的女歌手Sarah McLachlan的版本。好听具有时代感，却也不失原曲神遂。 z]R%'LGu

比利时香颂歌手Jacques Brel的作品，原曲叫做Le Moribond（将死的人）。歌曲描述了一个罹患癌症、不久于人世的男子，在面临死亡的时候，对父亲、妻子以及挚友的依依不舍。十多年后，歌曲作者Brel罹患肺癌，孤独的死在Margesas岛，让人不免唏嘘，歌曲中的情境竟发生在现实生活中。现在听到的Seasons in the Sun，要感谢两个人，诗人歌手Rod McKuen的填词，以及加拿大歌手Terry Jacks的重新灌录。当然，现在更多的人知道这首歌，都是通过大名鼎鼎的westlife-西城男孩的翻唱。 XOe)tz L
