但是，也有会有些人放弃做这样的一个决定。 JC iB;!y

每个人新年都是给与自己开始和结束的好时机， JC iB;!y  
也是处置我们的那些不需要的嗜好的绝佳之机，比如看太多的电视，吃太多过于甜的食物…… JC iB;!y
